Return Policy - Westwood Building Materials

No cash sales returns or refunds without original sale receipt.
All tool sales are final.
Return items must be in their original condition and unopened.
No returns or refunds after 30 days from date of purchase.
All return items will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
No returns or refunds will be granted without a completed return goods authorization form signed by the person whom received and reviewed the return goods.
The method of refund will be the same as the original method of payment from the original invoice.
Any cash refunds over $250 will be refunded by a backroom check.
Any refunds to be made by check will have a check mailed back to the purchaser only after 14 days from the date of the original invoice.
Special order items are not returnable or refundable.
All drywall and bulk items are non-returnable or refundable.
No credit will be given for any damaged items.
